The Ultimate package
This package is for you if you want continuity of care and support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. This package includes 6 hours of pregnancy support, birth support, and on call support 24/7 from 38 weeks including support via whatsapp, 8 hours of postpartum support. I also include a sacred closing of the bones ceremony. See the packages below for more details on what is included in each stage.

Pregnancy package - Rooted in Knowing
This package offers birth preparation through body, breath, and ancestral remembering. This is where we listen to what you already know—building confidence in your intuition and knowing. Here you will receive 8 hours of personalised support, you can pick from a variety of different options including; hypnobirthing, breathwork, biomechanics, bodywork and Rebozo support, coaching, fear release, Reiki, antenatal education, and 1-2-1 pregnancy yoga and sound bath.

Continuous, calm support through your birth experience. Here, you are witnessed in your rawness, steadied through the waves, and never left alone in the room.
(6 hours of pregnancy support, labour and birth doula support, protection of the Golden hour, on call 24/7 from 38 weeks including support via whatsapp, 6 hours of postpartum care)

Support for the transformation that begins after birth—the slow forming of identity, healing, and connection. For mothers and all those navigating life after birth, this is a space to land and be held.
(10 hours of personalised support - Postpartum care and bodywork, yoga, reflections, breastfeeding/feeding support, coaching and integration, identity and grief support, light support in the home and with meals, siblings)
